The way customers find businesses has changed.
Most websites haven't kept up.

When someone asks an AI assistant about your type of service, it picks a handful of companies to recommend — and ignores everyone else. If your website isn't structured the way AI expects, it won't cite you. Even if you're the best option available.

The bottom line

Most businesses are invisible to AI right now — and don't know it.

When someone asks ChatGPT or Google's AI to recommend a service, it names two or three businesses and moves on. It doesn't pick the best option — it picks the most readable one. Ranking on Google no longer guarantees you're in that list. Most of your competitors haven't fixed this yet. The businesses moving now are the ones getting recommended. That window is still open.

Three steps to AI visibility

We analyze your website using the same techniques that AI assistants use to understand and recommend businesses.

Everything you need, delivered to your inbox

A full LLM-Readiness assessment scored across 5 dimensions — with a visual radar chart, page-by-page recommendations, and a phased action plan, all in one email.

The radar chart maps your site across the 5 dimensions AI models evaluate when deciding whether to surface your brand. Each axis is a distinct lens — together they give a 360° picture of your LLM visibility.

Structure & Navigation

Clear hierarchy and consistent internal linking let LLMs map your site reliably. Without it, entire pages go unread by AI models.

Content Quality

Factual, semantically rich content is what LLMs quote and cite. Thin or vague copy gets filtered out in favour of more authoritative sources.

Technical SEO

Schema depth matters more than schema presence. We check for Speakable markup (explicit AI citation targeting), Article schema quality (datePublished, dateModified, author linking), Core Web Vitals, and semantic HTML — the signals LLMs use to understand, trust, and prioritise your pages.

AI Readiness

Beyond FAQ sections — we check whether your robots.txt actively allows or blocks GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and PerplexityBot; whether you have an RSS feed for real-time AI discovery; and whether your llms.txt file is properly structured and comprehensive. Blocking a major AI crawler is a critical visibility failure.

Brand & Authority

Trust is the most weighted E-E-A-T factor. We check for the presence of Privacy, Terms and Contact pages; author entity-linking in schema; sameAs connections to LinkedIn and Wikipedia; and external citations. Without these, AI models rank your content as lower-trust, regardless of its quality.

Enterprise

Need to go deeper? We have a more comprehensive option.

The free assessment gives you an accurate snapshot. The Enterprise Assessment goes further — a full-site crawl scored by four independent AI models (Claude Sonnet 4.6, GPT-4o, Perplexity with live web search, and Gemini), producing Brand Intelligence from live data including DataForSEO LLM Mentions (your actual AI citation count in Google AI Overviews), Platform Readiness scores across 5 AI platforms, and a human-led strategy session to translate every finding into action.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about LLM Readiness and how we assess it.

How has the way people search actually changed?
People used to type keywords into Google and scan a list of links. Now, a growing share of searches happen in AI assistants — users type a full question in plain language and receive a synthesised answer directly. They don't click through ten results; they read one response. The journey from question to decision has collapsed into a single conversation.
If AI gives a direct answer, do users even click on sources?
Sometimes — but the dynamic has inverted. In traditional search, the click was the goal. In AI search, the citation is the goal. Being named as a source signals credibility before the user ever visits your site. When they do click through, they already trust you — which is why AI-referred visitors convert at significantly higher rates than cold organic traffic.
Why do users trust AI answers more than a page of search results?
AI answers feel authoritative because they synthesise multiple sources into a single, reasoned response — similar to asking an expert colleague rather than doing your own research. Users experience less friction and less cognitive load. For businesses, this means the decision about which company to trust is often made inside the AI answer itself, before a single website is visited.
What is LLM Readiness and why does it matter?
LLM Readiness refers to how well a website is structured for discovery and citation by AI systems such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. Key factors include:
  • Schema.org markup (Organization, FAQPage, Article, Speakable)
  • Canonical URLs and clean site architecture
  • Structured content with direct-answer passages
  • Entity clarity (who you are, what you do, where you operate)
  • Server-rendered HTML (no JavaScript-only content)
  • llms.txt and llms-full.txt knowledge files
Websites with poor LLM Readiness are invisible to AI-driven search and miss a growing source of organic traffic and brand citations.
How is the LLM-Readiness score calculated?
The score is calculated across five dimensions, each scored out of 20: Structure & Navigation (site hierarchy, internal linking, sitemap quality with lastmod dates, robots.txt AI crawler rules); Content Quality (content depth, direct answers, structured headings, FAQs, semantically rich copy); Technical SEO (schema.org depth — including Speakable, HowTo, Article field completeness — canonical URLs, OG tags, Core Web Vitals, semantic HTML); AI Readiness (AI crawler access per bot, llms.txt content quality, RSS feed presence, server-rendered HTML, entity disambiguation); and Brand & Authority (E-E-A-T infrastructure pages, author entity-linking, sameAs connections, external citations, social proof). Combined into a total score out of 100. Note: This is a proprietary readiness framework — no single industry standard for LLM Readiness scoring exists yet.
What score should my website aim for?
A score of 80 or above indicates strong LLM Readiness. Scores between 60 and 79 are moderate — your site is partially discoverable but missing key signals. Below 60 means your site is likely invisible to AI search. Most websites we assess score between 40 and 65 before optimisation.
How quickly can I improve my score after making changes?
Improvements fall into two categories with different timelines:
  • Technical fixes (schema.org, canonical URLs, robots.txt, llms.txt) — can be implemented in hours; take effect as soon as AI crawlers reindex, typically within days to a few weeks
  • Content improvements (FAQ sections, structured headings, entity descriptions, author credentials) — take longer to implement but have the most durable impact on citation rates
Is LLM Readiness the same as SEO?
No, but they overlap. Traditional SEO optimises for keyword ranking in search engine results pages. LLM Readiness optimises for how AI systems understand, trust, and cite your content.
  • Shared factors: structured data, canonical URLs, page speed, mobile optimisation
  • LLM-specific factors: entity clarity, FAQPage schema, server-rendered HTML, llms.txt, speakable spec, author credentials, sameAs entity linking — signals that classic SEO tools do not measure
What does the free LLM-Readiness assessment include?
The free assessment checks your website across all five LLM Readiness dimensions (each scored out of 20). It analyses the quality of:
  • robots.txt — AI crawler access per bot (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, etc.)
  • sitemap.xml — lastmod dates, URL coverage, paginated sitemap detection
  • llms.txt — content structure and completeness
  • Schema markup — Speakable, Article field quality, @graph entity linking
  • E-E-A-T signals — author entity-linking, infrastructure pages, sameAs connections
  • Core Web Vitals and RSS feed availability
You receive a total score out of 100, a radar chart, dimension breakdown, and a phased action plan — delivered within 2–3 minutes.
How does the Enterprise Assessment differ from the free version?
The free assessment gives you an automated score across 5 dimensions — ideal for understanding where you stand. The Enterprise Assessment goes significantly further:
  • 49-node AI pipeline scoring every dimension four times, independently, using Claude Sonnet 4.6, GPT-4o, Perplexity sonar, and Gemini
  • Brand Intelligence via live Perplexity web search — Wikipedia, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn presence
  • DataForSEO LLM Mentions API — your domain's actual AI mention count, AI search impressions, AI search volume in Google AI Overviews, and top competing domains
  • Platform Readiness scored individually for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Bing Copilot
  • Page-by-page audit of every page on your site
  • Competitor benchmarking against 2–3 direct competitors across all 5 dimensions
  • 1-hour strategy call with a Mindalizer specialist to build a prioritised implementation roadmap
What does the Competitor Comparison cover?
We run the same 44-node assessment on 2–3 competitors you nominate (or that we identify as directly competing for your target queries). You receive a side-by-side score across all 5 LLM-Readiness dimensions:
  • Structure & Navigation — schema depth, internal linking, heading hierarchy
  • Content Quality — citability, E-E-A-T signals, answer-block density
  • Technical SEO — crawlability, Core Web Vitals, canonical setup
  • AI Readiness — llms.txt, AI crawler access, speakable markup
  • Brand & Authority — entity recognition, sameAs links, third-party mentions
You see precisely where you outperform each competitor and where they currently hold the AI visibility advantage.
What happens during the 1-hour strategy call?
The call is led by a Mindalizer specialist. The agenda covers:
  • Report walkthrough — executive summary, dimension scores, and key findings
  • Page-by-page review — highest-impact pages and specific issues flagged
  • Competitor comparison — where you lead and where gaps need closing
  • Quick wins — fixes you can ship within a week for immediate score gains
  • Implementation roadmap — prioritised 30–90 day action plan agreed before the session ends
You leave with a clear plan of what to fix, in what order, and why.
What does the Enterprise Assessment report actually contain?
The Enterprise Assessment is delivered as a structured 25-page report with eleven sections:
  • Executive Summary — overall score, headline strengths, and primary risk areas
  • Technical Audit — schema depth (Speakable, HowTo, Article, @graph), per-bot robots.txt rules, sitemap quality, llms.txt analysis, Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), sameAs entity linking, author attribution
  • Dimension Analysis — per-dimension rationale across all five LLM-Readiness criteria, each scored out of 20
  • Page-by-Page Audit — word count, schema presence, author attribution, and top issue for every page analyzed
  • Recommendations & Roadmap — up to 10 prioritised actions in three phases: Quick Wins, Structural Optimisation, Authority & Scale
  • Competitive Benchmarking — 2–3 competitors compared across all five dimensions
  • Brand Intelligence — live Perplexity data (Wikipedia, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn presence) plus DataForSEO LLM Mentions: actual AI mention count, AI search impressions, AI search volume in Google AI Overviews, and top competing domains AI cites for your topic space
  • Brand Authority Score — weighted score out of 100 combining all off-site entity signals
  • Platform Readiness — individual scores for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity AI, Google Gemini, and Bing Copilot
  • Multi-Model Validation — how Claude Sonnet 4.6, GPT-4o, Perplexity sonar, and Gemini each scored every dimension independently, with consensus levels flagged where models diverge
  • Implementation Roadmap — agreed with you during the 1-hour strategy call; ready to hand to your developer or content team
What signals do AI platforms use to decide which websites to cite?
The most reliable public data comes from GEO: Generative Engine Optimization (Georgia Tech · Princeton · IIT Delhi, ACM KDD 2024, arxiv.org/abs/2311.09735), which directly tested nine content strategies. GEO-optimised sites receive 30–115% more AI citations than unoptimised ones.
Content strategy Citation impact
Add direct quotations from named sources+41%
Add statistics with numbers+32%
Fluency optimisation (clear prose)+28%
Cite external sources inline+27%
Technical terminology+18%
Authoritative tone+12–18%
Easy-to-understand language+13%
Keyword stuffing−9%
Each AI platform also uses distinct retrieval signals:
Platform Top signals Unique characteristic
Google AI Overviews E-E-A-T (96% of citations); 15+ named entities (4.8× boost); 134–167 word self-contained answer blocks (4.2× boost); Speakable schema 47% of citations come from pages ranked below position 5 — content quality overrides rank
ChatGPT Bing index (87% match); brand search volume (0.334 corr.); Wikipedia (47.9% of factual citations); FAQ schema (+40%); first 30% of page (44.2% of citations) Sites on 4+ authoritative platforms are 2.8× more likely to be cited
Perplexity AI Reddit (46.7% of citations); YouTube (13.9%); domain authority; 30-day freshness window Third-party community presence outweighs on-site optimisation
Claude Brave Search; Constitutional AI (helpful, harmless, honest); llms.txt / llms-full.txt; primary sources; entity-first writing Only platform with native llms.txt support (Anthropic maintains its own at docs.claude.com)
Bing Copilot Bing index; freshness; structural clarity; Wikipedia (~35%); IndexNow for real-time updates Privileged LinkedIn data access via Microsoft — LinkedIn company page is a direct authority signal
Cross-platform finding: only 11% of domains cited by ChatGPT are also cited by Perplexity — each platform draws from fundamentally different source pools. Platform-specific optimisation is required for consistent AI visibility across all five. Source: 2025 AI Visibility Report (thedigitalbloom.com).
